As the team continues to expand, the office space cannot grow in tandem. Workstations are packed tighter, aisles are narrower, and conference calls are constant—finding a quiet corner to focus on coding or take a remote meeting has become almost a luxury.
Limited space, unlimited needs. How to solve this?
After thorough evaluation, the company ultimately introduced the HECOR single office pod, using a touch of "spatial magic" to breathe new life into a once-cramped office area.
1㎡ Holds a World of Focus
The HECOR single office pod occupies only about 1 square meter, yet it creates a completely noise-isolated focus space within a bustling office. Constructed with multi-layer acoustic materials and a professional acoustic structure, it achieves speech noise reduction of up to 30 decibels as tested by SGS, keeping keyboard clicks, discussions, and phone rings firmly outside.
More importantly, its compact size makes deployment extremely flexible. Narrow gaps beside workstations, ends of corridors, corners of the break room—these previously wasted "leftover" spaces instantly become high-value focus assets.
Optimizing Workflow: From Chaos to Order
Before the office pods were introduced, employees had to book meeting rooms in advance for remote meetings, code reviews, or handling confidential data. With only a few meeting rooms available, they were often in high demand; the booking process was cumbersome, and short conversations required a major undertaking.
After the single office pods were deployed, the workflow was completely reshaped:
On-demand use: Employees can step into a pod at any time without booking—closing the door creates their own world.
Short and efficient: A 5-minute call, a 10-minute remote alignment, or half an hour of deep coding can all be completed quickly inside the pod, without occupying precious meeting room resources.
Privacy protection: When business secrets or HR conversations are involved, the pod's excellent sound insulation provides reliable privacy.
Enhancing Employee Happiness
With its ultimate design intelligence, the HECOR single office pod helps this tech company create a dedicated focus space for every employee within limited square footage. This is not only an improvement in office efficiency but also the most pragmatic investment in employee happiness.
